Amazing thai food truck! I love the thai spice they use. Spicy but not spicy enough for me. I'd say 7/10 spicy (I have high spicy tolerance). They used angel hair noodle on the noodle I ordered which was really great because that's my favorite type of noodle. You are welcome to sit inside the building, which was very fancy and modern looking! Very clean, neat, and tidy. Not much of artistry inside but very cozy area, warm, and great for family! Will definitely come back for more noodles!
Sooooo good! Friendly fast service. The Growpa stir-fry was excellent, egg rolls light and delicious, plus a perfect Thai tea. Highly recommend!!
This is not just another Fairbanks Thai restaurant! We had the khao soi, egg rolls, and angry angel noodles (secret menu item). Everything was phenomenal. The angry angel is basically Thai-style Singapore street noodles which exists nowhere else in town! We will definitely be coming back. This is a food truck but it operates at the End of Line food truck park with plenty of indoor seating. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for some great Thai food in Fairbanks! The best pad Thai I’ve ever had. They were so accommodating with gluten-free allergies and the friendliest staff. I can’t recommend this place enough. I have traveled around the country and no one does Thai fusion better than Anchan
Absolutely agree that Anchan delivers bright, crisp flavors. The Tom Kha is so fragrant and delicious that it inspires appetite. Not too heavy or dull as can be a risk with overloaded Thai curries and soups. Light and crisp and perfectly authentic Thai. Delighted that they are at the End of the Line, even during winter, for a bright mid-day infusion. Second this initial impression; pad thai at lunch, medium spice, plating excellent; spicy, bright flavors that inspire appetite. Incredible satisfaction is the post lunch impression.
