This place kept popping up on my feed and looked great so I thought I should check it out. I was NOT disappointed. I have wanted a South East Asian fix for a while now and this place definitely hit the mark. I went with the Blazing Belly Bowl as I have been craving crispy pork belly for a long time and I’m so glad I did. Delicious. The bowl was put together in front of me with fresh ingredients. The balance of flavours were bold and balanced as it should be. The portion size was pretty big, and considering the many components it comes with I think it was well worth the price. There was plenty of choices to customise for your individual taste if you wanted to. But for someone like me who gets overwhelmed with choices (mainly because I wanted it all) the chefs specials are a great option.

This is your Chipotle-style build-your-own-bowl place, but with healthier options and in Southeast Asian flavors. The braised beef I got for protein was out of this world. I'd come back just for that. I also got the crispy pork belly. My advice for that is not to go when they are about to close. It was no longer crispy. It must taste great when it's fresh out of the oven. If you don't want to build your own, they also have pre-selected bowls. The good jars for dessert are also healthy jars with collagen. I had to try it once, but I might not again because they were $9.50 a jar! The prices definitely will tell you that you're in Arlington if finding parking hasn't already. There's equally good Roll Play on the second floor of the same building. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are

This place is amazing! First, i was greeted by a super nice employee named Hao- who patiently guided me through the numerous menu options - And all my questions !- and the process of ordering on Uber eats so I could get the BOGO special. He continued to be very patient as I deliberated on my choices of proteins, toppings, etc. Fellow employeesAmarlin and Aming were also great! And now for the food… All I can say is, WOW! High quality and healthy food (no seed oils, no gluten, etc.) in a fast casual setting Is not easy to find these days – at least in the Washington DC metro area. And this place is super affordable – not to mention the fact that the Bogo deal is a steal! I’ll definitely be back!

I stopped by on a whim and got a little something from each floor. They both knocked it out of the park! The bowl I got was flavorful and felt good to eat. I didn’t feel so heavy after the meal but instead full and satisfied. The broth included was clean, but spiced well. It isn’t too much and compliments the bowl entirely. Coincidentally I got the oxtail broth and French fries upstairs. ALSO AMAZING. The broth was thoroughly enjoyed by my husband and we’re thrilled to have so much and the fries are great. The cilantro jalapeño aioli is such a good sauce that leans very herbal-ly but it’s SO GOOD!! As someone who loves citrus and sour the calamansi limonade was miiiiint. The hibiscus drink was a little sweet. I wish it was closer to me to come more regularly but I’m definitely going to m

This place was wonderful! As a Vietnamese American, it was very amazing to see Vietnamese food represented in this new style! This place is reminiscent to Chipotle but catters more towards the South East region of Asian! The portion sizes are very reasonable for their price, as the food was very good! Along with the homemade soup which was a nice side dish to wash everything down! I will hopefully be coming back here again!
