Very average. For a strip mall Mexican place they have decent quantity of seating, outside is somewhat picturesque. You order in a line, squeeze through a small area to serve yourself water, utensils, various condiments. Take a seat displaying your number and they bring the food to you along with chips and some very watery salsa. Quesadillas are pretty decent, tacos and burritos too. However, they have the nastiest Caesar salad I’ve had in a while. The dressing has absolutely no taste, guessing it’s just sour cream or something similar. Chicken was okay but nothing special. Not much lettuce. Not an anchovy to be seen. For $20 bucks I feel robbed. The other food is priced pretty well for quality and given the high brow location. Amigos in Portola Valley totally won me over. We went on a busy Sunday and even with the crowd, the service was quick and super friendly. The dog-friendly patio was a huge plus—such a nice spot to hang out, especially on a sunny day. The food was great across the board. I had the chicken mole and some tacos, and both were packed with flavor. The mole had that rich, layered taste you hope for, and the tacos were super fresh. Their homemade hot sauce is seriously next level—spicy, balanced, and honestly something I’d buy if they bottled it. The vibe was really relaxed and fun. Wow. Visited to their own branded Tequila. And, i bought one for my uncle. When i asked about their Tequila, the person at bar offered me some tasting. It was great experience. I ordered two plates of food. Their flavor were mild. It is good for ppl who prefer not strong flavors. ( healthy ) The food was fresh, I like them.

One of my go to places when in the area. The chips and salsa are excellent. We had the bowl with mixed protein and fajita veggies. The chicken and steak was flavorful and juicy. The vegetables had a good smoky flavor.

Good Mexican food! Outdoor seating is the best place to enjoy the meal. We started with Ceviche for appetizers and had the Fajita Salad Bowl, Shrimp Fajita, Veggie Burrito for main course. We tried Mango Margarita drink and it was delicious. Nachos and salsa are served for free as in other Mexican restaurants. All the items were good.
