Amigos 70th Street

What can I say that the number of stars I have doesn’t?!?!? This place was amazing! I used to come to this location when it was China Hot and was very excited to see something new move in. I took a chance and got my lunch there today, and I will, without a doubt, be back very soon. I got the Amigos Plate and Chicken Nachos and both were beyond delicious. Seasoned to perfection, the green sauce isn’t even needed but you’ll kick yourself for not adding it! My only “complaint”, if you could call it that, is the number of tortillas that comes with the plate. I think 4 or 5 would be perfect for the amount of food you get. Still not worth losing any stars over though!! Edit 11/26/25: came back today to get the birria and I cannot stress how happy I am that I did. Amigos cannot miss!

You guys have to check this place out. I always get the quesabirria and they are so delicious. Truly the best I’ve had since I’ve moved to Shreveport. Maria is so sweet and friendly consistently every visit. My go to spot when I am in the mood for tacos!!

You have to come eat here!! The absolute best Mexican food I’ve ever had. FULL of flavor. The ladies at the front are so sweet. I can’t wait to go back! We have tried the quesabirria, chimichanga, and carnitas burrito! SO GOOD!!

The food was fresh and tasty. Everything was prepared once ordered. Affordable pricing. The cashier was very friendly and gave recommendations. There wasn't a long wait for the food.

Went with my family, it was an easy order process. I had the three street tocos with a side of rice and beans. The rice is not what you would expect it has amazing flavor and the beans are up there with the rice! The street tocos were the perfect blend of pork, cilantro, seasonings, and a touch of lime on a corn tortilla!!🤌🏻🤌🏻🤤🤤🤤
