I am a bit puzzled, the driver could not find the front door of my home! He came through the gate, walked past my porch, into my flower bed looking for my front door. He was a nice fellow as I had to go outside to see who was wondering in my flower beds! Not exactly safe for a person wondering around another man’s home at 8:30 in the morning, or any time for that matter! I am appreciative of the early morning delivery service, but why this fellow could not find my porch (he stated he thought my front door was at the opposite side of my home?) boggles me, this is why 3 star review! My order was delivered to the wrong address. It was left at 843 instead of 835. Luckily I was able to retrieve it.

The ordering process is difficult at best. I have to call numerous times and my issues are rarely resolved in a timely fashion. I have left messages and never receive a callback. I don’t get callbacks after being promised a return call. The app doesn’t always recognize my address even though it is legitimate. It requires a new email address to move throughout the app every time to advance so I’ve used numerous emails. It takes a good 7-14 days for me to get a prescription even during times when they promise expedited shipping. I have requested my provider to call my prescriptions into another pharmacy and the answer is they are unable to do that. I can only assume they are getting a kickback for the business they provide. Pharmacy did everything right...gave notifications of delivery and used bright yellow packaging ( which was incredibly helpful for me finding product). DELIVERY service was disappointing as I have a large front porch and had to look for it I'm the snow near my Bushes as if someone had thrown it! Not pharmacy fault... would order from them again.

Location and balcony fantastic! Huge balcony overlooking pool and ocean peaks too. Condo spacious for studio. Could use some small updates- comforter thicker & more updated look- PILLOWS! Need better pillows. Throw rugs in kitchen area would warm it up and update it some too. Great communications for the stay! Very well lit everywhere which I appreciated since staying alone. Beautiful area with very close beach access and lots of restaurants walking distance. Gorgeous sunset view from balcony if not on the beach! Extra nice was having a beach chair in the closet to use at beach! Kitchen well stocked- needs lighter for a candle, but great! Thank you for sharing this great place for others!
