America's Best Wings - Liberty Court

This specific location is horrible and I mean horrible. They send your fool out any type of way I ordered, honey lemon pepper wings. It’s a hint of lemon pepper and a couple of dashes of honey and my citric Caribbean wings. Don’t have nothing on them. That’s what they supposed to be my Parmesan garlic wings They put seasoning on one damn wing!!! Do not order from them unless you’re going in the store. This is the worst location Which is crazy because they normally have pretty good food at the other locations !

A new set of folks took over that place and customer service and food was horrible. They don't know their menu , rice was uncooked hard as rock and unseasoned just salty , chicken was fried taste and smelt spoilt and tasteless , food Don't longer look good ( I could tell it was burnt). I got a set pack and threw the whole thing away .. never again I'm just saying. I Cuda just had some cookies instead and saved my money than to be done like that. Dont go to that location until the original folks who previously ran that place and cooked good food return . If not let em close shop , sell and go it's a money dump now. It's not even as packed as it used to be they losing the original customers already. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere !!!

Normally the food I could give a five star but on this order I was disappointed in the Chicken Philly it was dry and could have used more seasoning. However, the Philly Sresk ordered the same way was perfect, moist and tender. And although we enjoy the wings here always being a hit they missed the mark as they were extremely hard and I didn’t request fried hard. I will be back because normally they serve great food and cashiers are friendly, there was a new lady there and that’s why I have 3stars she wasn’t rude but definitely could have been a little friendlier as the customers only deal with her.

Food is great, service is poor. We always have to wait 5 to 10 minutes for someone to come out the back to take our order.

The clerk posture was that of not wanting to service customers. I moved to the side before I placed my order to count out $2.00 in change to pay for the order. When I placed my order for the lunch special, the clerk stated that it was an on line order. When I shared with him that I had come in and ordered the lunch special before. He changed the price to the lunch special . As I was paying the clerk with the $2.00, counted out in $1, 00 piles, he told me he was too busy to count the change.l I looked behind me and there were 3 people waiting. fir there order and 2 behind me in the line When my order was ready, he called hey, which is very insulting He saw I was writing a review and he said I should not be giving him a 1 because he gave me the lunch special prize when I should have
