Ambiance By The Falls Bed And Breakfast/Cozy Suite

We totally enjoyed our stay at this lovely B+B! It is calm, clean, and very nicely furnished. Kevin always made sure there were beverages available and the beautifully prepared breakfast was very much appreciated. You can tell that he and his wife take great pride in their business. You feel like you are staying with family! We loved the closeness to the Falls, the parking available and close proximity to public transportation. The room was small but we knew that when we booked, so wasn't an issue. The shower was amazing with the rainfall shower head! Would definitely recommend and will stay again when in the area.

My first time in Canada, had a great time. This is so close to the falls. The hosts are wonderful. The breakfasts are amazing, and our room was perfect.

Wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at Niagara Falls. Couldn’t ask for more delightful accommodations. Safe secure, free parking in the rear and did not move the vehicle the entire time and walked around for three days. Hosts Kevin and Anna were phenomenal. Highly recommend this BNB with exceptional breakfast every morning.

A place like this is precisely why I always look first for a B&B whenever I travel.||My room and bed were totally comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and filling all four mornings. I'm not a coffee drinker, but there was always a big pitcher of orange juice. I never met Anna, but did meet Kevin, and he was always friendly and helpful. Internet service was excellent.||Perhaps the best thing besides the house itself was its proximity to the heart of Niagara Fall. There is plenty of parking space in the back if you drive, but I walked everywhere. In fact, that proximity was a big reason I chose it -- close enough to everything that I didn't have to rent a car. Excellent! Found this little gem on a last minute trip to Niagara Falls. Beautifully clean and furnished, 2 minute walk to the water park, hotels, etc. So much nicer than staying in a tired hotel room as a couple with a 5 year old. ||We had the Cosy Suite, a 2 bed annexe and it was perfect. Lovely kitchen facilities, comfy beds, 2 x en-suites and tastefully decorated. Parking space included. ||We did self check in, and had a seamless stay. ||Would 100% recommend, really lovely place!
