sweetest people and amazing fresh food!! $14 for a combo with fried chicken, bbq, coleslaw, hush puppies AND 2 more sides is an amazing deal. So glad I stopped by after visiting the bird park. (didn't think to take pictures until i devoured most of my food😂)
My family and I have been eating here for years……. The BBQ was the best around. We normally drive about an hour to get it, mostly on holiday’s, but I had a taste for it this past Saturday and let me say” I was very disappointed.” The BBQ is already overpriced and I was okay with paying, but it’s no longer worth it. Let me add, the quart size normally comes with a half quart of Cole slaw. They did not even have any slaw to go with the BBQ and still charged full price of $37. Needles to say” we will not be returning “. Holiday’s we normally spend $200, not anymore. Just wanted to share my experience.
Great walk in/take out where we found the locals doing just that! The BBQ sandwhiches were awesome! The most flavorful NC BBQ I've had! (Not from here originally) Cash Only!
The food was delicious. I asked the lady how y'all potato salad taste and the man said it tastes good to me. And he ain't lied. It was so good. The chop BBQ was good the slaw was good the greens was so good. I am from NJ. I was there Friday. I will be back❤️❤️❤️
Best fried trout! Delicious hush puppies. Great cabbage. Excellent deserts. Best takeout.
