Alys’ is my absolute favorite restaurant in Huerfano County! The food is amazing, and the atmosphere is perfect—whether it’s for a cozy date night or a fun group dinner. Alys even has gluten-free desserts, and they’re truly top-notch!

A local favorite. With the uniqueness of converting a residence into a well designed dining venue, this is a great choice for a dining experience. A large selection of wines, choice of indoor or very nice, outdoor seating. You'll be greeted by the owner, who is very well versed in helping you make a wine selection, the wait staff is very knowledgeable about the menu, friendly, and attentive. We found a good choice of entrees, the food was well prepared, service was good, prices were reasonable. Leave room for dessert! I chose a seared rare tuna steak (my opinion on cooking temperature) which was delicious. The ribs, mashed potatoes, and creme brulee were very delicious choices as well. Reservations are required ✓

Exceptional in all regards. The White Bean and Ham Soup was delicious with a complex velvety broth that brought tears to my eyes. For the main course, I had the lamb, and my wife had the pork. Both seasoned and cooked to perfection. May I suggest the Ramey Pinot Noir as an excellent pair? Finished it off with carrot cake and the Angel Food. Get a reservation and then get ready to enjoy yourself. We will definitely be back... often.

Aly's restaurant, food, and staff (including Aly herself) were all spectacular and reasonably priced. As soon as you walk in the door, you are welcomed by well-stocked wine racks, quixotic art, and a cozy atmosphere and it just gets better, more flavorful, and delightful from there! You will need to make a reservation and the food menu is verbal only, just as a heads up for future guests. We will definitely be back!! :)
