Always Ice Cream Prince Frederick

Great to see gluten free and plant-based treats readily available! Do be aware that there's an upcharge for the vegan ice creams, which wasn't immediately clear when looking at the pricing per scoop (the upcharge was listed on the opposite side of the menu as an extra). They are apparently using oatmilk for all of the vegan options, so that's something important to be aware of for those of us who have celiac disease and others who have to be careful with oats. The vegan candy cane ice cream was delicious!

Such a great place for our community. Love the different flavors. I intend to try them all.

Love the aesthetics of the building. Friendly staff. My kids love the Cookie Monster ice cream. Belgium waffle ice cream sandwich is pretty great, too.

The quality of the ice cream is consistently amazing! A huge shoutout to CARLEY, the store manager, who does an incredible job running the place. Her leadership really shows through the outstanding service and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend stopping by you won’t be disappointed!

First experience here and honestly I am not impressed. First, the initial greeting from the two workers was dry and uninviting. Secondly, the waffle in my sundae had a long piece of blonde hair in it. I think that you should have your workers wear hair nets if they have long hair. Overall, the concept of the shop is cute, I just won’t return. For $8.75, I can go else where with better customer service and good ice cream, minus the hair.
