Always Flavored

What an incredible experience! After a morning of hard work, my wife and I stopped by Always Flavored for a much-needed breakfast/brunch, and the entire visit was amazing. This is truly a hidden gem in Downtown Fredericksburg. The food was hot, fresh, local, and beyond delicious. We were so impressed with the quality of the ingredients. The owner was at the register and was incredibly helpful and welcoming, which elevated the entire experience—it’s clear they have a passion for their craft. The real stars of the show are their in-house made sauces and seasonings. They let us try them all before buying, and I’ve already found 3 or 4 new favorites to take home. Rita makes the best sandwiches ever. One must be careful with the amount of sauce on some of heat is an issue. The selection is fabulous. I grab lunch here about once a week and can go over a month without having the same sandwich twice yet stay in my favorite sandwiches. Great people and great food

Always flavored might at first seem I just a sandwich shop, but they are packed with flavor. Between a variety of sandwiches as well as hot sauces to choose from you will not be disappointed with their selections. I got the chimichurri steak sandwich impaired it with a few of their hot sauces. I was very pleased with what I got. They also sold root beer from a local place. I believe it was Maggie’s, which was honestly some of the best root beer I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend definitely check this place out if you need a quick bite!

We had brunch at Always Flavored for the first time: steak and egg bagel for me, with the chickpeas salad. The Reuben sandwich with the Thai spice coleslaw for my husband. Everything was DELICIOUS and the restaurant was clean. The employee who took orders also was helping preparing the food. She was really nice, she greeted everybody and I’m so glad I listened to her suggestion to get the chickpeas salad. This was a wonderful experience and we will be back!
