I ordered the Classica and my oh my was it an amazing sammich! Dom made me a smashing sammich that was balanced, fresh with high quality meats. The oil they use is superb, the bread(tiacaccia) is light airy and a little crunchy and in a good way. I can't wait to return to have another. The atmosphere here is amazing as well, very much reminds me of an Italian delicatessen with an open casual atmosphere. I came here from Cleveland for a show and literally got to have one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. This is a must try if you're ever out this way or even take a trip to come. It's totally worth it. Kudos! P.S. Don't forget the drinks, they're amazing too!

Randy and Andy have been packed since day one and as a next door business neighbor this place is DANGEROUSLY good. Every time I have clients come in with an Alveo box I’m like “tell me all about what you got”. The Rustica is my go-to favorite. The gluten free bread option is incredible for a gf option. The pesto is unmatched. I have not had a bad thing here. It’s curated sandwiches with care and high quality ingredients. You can easily share a sandwich or indulge in one solo. Grateful for quality biz neighbors and bringing another amazing food option to the village area.

I had emotionally given up on sandwiches. Years of mediocre franchise subs had ground my expectations into dust. I ate sandwiches out of obligation. Hope was gone. Then Alveo happened. The focaccia bread is ridiculous fresh and clearly made by someone who respects bread. Add fresh mozzarella, quality meats, pesto, and toppings that actually taste like food, and suddenly I’m questioning every sandwich I’ve eaten before this moment. We ordered three different sandwiches “just to try them.” All three were outstanding. No weak link. My kids told me it was amazing. I doubted them. I was wrong. Vive la sandwich. My faith has been restored. 🥪

The sandwiches here are out- of- this- world good, and very big! It's a two meal sandwich for us for sure. We have been to Italy, and the La Classica is the closest thing we have had to the sandwich we had in Vernazza. The bread is fantastic, and the ingredients are well balanced and so fresh. We have also tried the Tacchina with smoked turkey that we would order again. If you like traditional Mortadella, the La Alveo is for you. We thought the mortadella had too much clove-like flavor that was overpowering, but that's just us. The folks that work there are so nice, and even though there is a line, it goes fast. I go out of my way to get sandwiches here.

We had heard great things about Alveo’s from others and had been meaning to try it for quite some time. Our first time eating there did not disappoint. The sandwiches are huge and the ingredients are incredibly fresh. Flavors were phenomenal and authentic. Bread was amazing - they make it fresh daily. My boyfriend and I split La Classica and we loved it. The sandwich itself was beautiful - I wish I would have remembered to take a picture of it. We are very excited to come back and try the other sandwiches on the menu. We also met the owner and he was wonderful.
