I had a wonderful experience at Alsham Bakery and Halal Shop. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I ordered halal wings for a family dinner, and Br. Jasser went above and beyond. He marinated the wings himself and had them perfectly prepared and ready for pickup. The restaurant side, with Sr. Mariam, even baked the wings for me since the tray was large, all with a smile and great hospitality. Highly recommend this place for both their service and quality!

Great customer service! Fresh meat and chicken. They offer gourmet zabeha halal steaks which is a plus! Hand made Burger patties, Ready mediteranian kababs, Ready skewed chicken kababs, Ribs, lamb chops! It's like going to a Walmart/ or any other american brand store and get the meat that you want while knowing its halal! AMAZING!!!!!

If you're anywhere near Manassas and haven't tried the makeesh at Alsham Bakery, you're seriously missing out. I stopped in on a whim and ended up having the best makeesh I've eaten in years—crispy on the edges, perfectly soft in the middle, and packed with flavor that hits all the right notes. The za’atar blend was spot-on, and the cheese version? Unreal. You can taste the care and tradition in every bite. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the place has that cozy, authentic vibe that makes you want to linger. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or bringing home a box for the family, this spot delivers. Alsham Bakery just raised the bar for Levantine comfort food. I’ll definitely be back

Great selection, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The meat department has a variety of lamb, beef, veal, goat and chicken. Zabeha halal. They have ready to cook kabobs variety of chicken, beef, lamb, and liver. They also have ready to go shawarma, all of those are super helpful for busy moms wanting to have an easy dinner. All great prices healthy and delicious, Highly recommend! This is my go to supermarket/butcher. Thank you for the best service in the DMV area.
