Al's Luncheonette

Creepy Uncle Dave here. This place never disappoints. I’ve been here many times but this was the first time I’ve been here for diner. This is not a white tablecloth establishment but it definitely gives you a homey feel. My boss once said that the best way to keep employees coming to work is to make them feel at home. I said to him that if he wanted me to feel at home he would need to pay me more. So I call out the sick the rest of the week. It felt like the right thing to do at the time. Anyway, I ordered cup of chicken soup that hit the spot on this chilly fall evening and the Al’s Chicken Sandwich with fries, coleslaw and a pickle. Gotta have the pickle! Al’s luncheonette is one of my favorite food spots in the area. They have amazing options to choose from! I usually get a skillet which always comes out tasty and fresh. Every breakfast option is very tasty. The staff are super friendly and quick. I’ll definitely be there again soon!

This place has the most friendly and warm and welcoming server. They are lucky to have her. We had an omlette and a hamburger and both were good. My coffee was refilled without me having to ask. Nice place.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Kids loved the chocolate pancakes. The chicken fajita omelette was a little bland for my taste.

I've been taking my kids to Al's on our Saturday breakfasts together for years... The food is great and the people at Al's are wonderful.
