She showed up to our home 20 mins early and came inside to start signing right away. No apology for being early and asking if it was ok to start. She came in very assertive in an unfriendly way. We were closing on a peace of property and wanted to read everything and she tried rushing us through and seemed annoyed when we weren’t as fast as she wanted. We had to call the title company to ask a question about the survey and Mistie was not happy when we had to wait for a call back. Our appointment wasn’t supposed to start until 11am and it wasn’t even 11am yet during this period. I had to ask her to allow us to take the time to read the forms and the title company told me that it was ok to ask her to be patient at our closing and it is important that we understand everything that we are sign
