Alex's Shorties

Extremely tiny place with great food. I had the Philly fries. The fries were well seasoned and crispy. The steak on top was delicious, I imagine a regular cheese steak would be phenomenal. My buddy got a double smash burger which was huge and looked good as well. Great food, great prices, and Alex is very friendly. I will definitely be back next time I'm working in the area.

So happy that we found a new lunch spot! I just had my first lunch from Alex's Shorties and it was amazing! The empanadas are fabulous and the smoothies are wonderful. Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu.

So let me start by saying the people in the store are amazing. It's really small. It's really little but it's super cute. The empanadas are amazing especially the buffalo chicken ones. The flounder sandwich taste like it was frozen fish, but it was OK. The hamburger was not my favorite. It had no season on there it was literally tasteless and I had lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, mayo, The works they even put mushroom on there and the cheese fries was not cheese fries. The cheese was very watery. They gave me a handful of fries mixed with potato sticks, which I didn't understand, but I'm going to give it another try hopefully my experience is better

As the daughter of the owner of the barbershop next door, I can guarantee that Maya, Alex, and Big Alex are the nicest people you'll ever meet. They pour so much love and soul into their food daily, and it shows. Their food is heavenly and delectable, and their affordable menu makes it the best place to eat around here so if you're ever around, please stop by and bless them with your service

Stopped in trying to con my kids into eating something other than chicken nuggets. Stopped in for a hoagie having no idea what they sold 🤣. They didn't have them but they had a bunch of good items. Got a crispy chicken sandwich and it was fantastic. Just what I wanted. Owner was a super nice guy. Delivered my food to the barber next door after I disappeared without saying a word. Saw i had kids with me and threw some chips in for them. That stuff goes a long way with me. Owner was so jacked I was scared he wouldn't fit through the barbers door. I like business owners that obviously prioritize taking care of themselves. 10/10
