Alejo's burgers

I do not normally write comments, but I saw a bunch of negative comments about the wait time and pricing I decided to write a review. I've been coming here for over a year pretty regularly, and I have never been disappointed. The long wait time is because it's always so busy, which any real food person knows if the wait time is long at a food truck, it's because the line in front of you is long. The food is really good, definitely not healthy, but delicious. I feel like the pricing is fair because it's good food and the portions are pretty large, me and my wife can usually barely finish one thing, but we always end up ordering more than one thing because it's all so good. Amazing food, truly colombian fast food in Aurora, definitely going back and enjoy this wonderful place again! The only complaint is that they served too much food, I didn't know how to start devouring it 😳!

Salchipapas are good, but sometime they don’t add enough meat. Well they add a lot of chicken and very little steak, most of the time they open late. At 5:30 should be open but nope. At 5:30 they just arrives and start serving food at 6 pm.

It's the second time I've been to that place and it's a shame that the time per order is too long, I understand that they have orders but waiting more than 40 minutes that's stressful and to make matters worse the order is not what you asked for I hope and in As far as I'm concerned, I hope your service is more effective. sausage and it is not.

I’m going to give my honest review. I was born in Colombia and I’m very familiar with the cuisine. Not all the menu items are good—the hot dogs are delicious and the burgers are very tasty. However, we ordered the picada once and it was awful: the meat was dry and didn’t taste fresh. We’ve also ordered burgers twice; today, the burger was noticeably smaller than usual, which was very disappointing. Overall, the food can be good, but consistency needs to improve. When I order the same item, I expect it to be the same quality and size as before—not something much smaller. I’ll most likely come back because some of their items are very good, but the price should match the size and quality. And please, take the picada off the menu if it can’t be done right.
