I just happened to drive past and saw new Yemeni restaurant had opened up. I called in order to try their hummus and fahsa lamb and fattoush salad. My order was ready when I arrived to pick up. The hummus was good and came with pita, it was smooth and creamy. The fahsa was like lamb stew and it was very tender and tasted great. It has slight spice that builds up while you eat it but it’s not overpowering at all, a subtle spice to me and I really liked it. The fattoush salad was good and had subtle flavors as well. I will comeback to try their homemade Yemeni bread and other dishes

If your questioning if you should go to aldar restaurant, do it! Our service with Adeeb was impeccable! The restaurant itself has a super relaxing environment and the seating was very comfortable. The appetizers were cooked to perfection and came out quickly. Our smoothies made by adeeb were delicious. The main course was the best part meat cooked perfectly and super large portions as well as their wraps which were to die for. Wait it gets better. Their dessert was was super fresh and sweet. I definitely suggest giving this lace a try.

I got this Dish to go for my family and it was Delicious. The Lamb was on point and the rice was very tasty. It was a lot of food for all us. I highly recommend this restaurant. Love the atmosphere, they put a lot of love and dedication to their restaurant.

This was one of the BEST restaurants that I have been to in the Hampton Roads Area! Our server was excellent and you can really feel the passion behind the business. The food was excellent, I ordered the Lamb and Rice, which is absolutely excellent! I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to have some of the best Yemeni food in the area.

My wife and I stumbled here as I was browsing food places to test out. I highly recommend coming here. Moment you walk in the aromatic smells of spices and herbs are what welcome you. I came on a day when it was slow so say anywhere, but I for sure can say it was still friendly and welcoming. Wife ordered chicken hindi and I ordered fish with rice. It took some time but I assure you it was delicious. The smoothies it'd a must you can grab water and soda but I recommend those smoothies. Very rich and refreshing. They do breakfast and dinner and have desserts. I'll have to for sure taste test them out. If you wanna try something new thats not out the norm for your taste buds go here.
