Alchemy Coffee

This was a nice little hidden gem coffee shop. It was clean and had a nice atmosphere. The outdoor seating is nice also. The coffee was delicious! A nice variety of pastries and food. Everything was fresh and flavorful. They had a Baklava Cheesecake that is made in house! Inside wasn’t overly loud, so perfect for work or meetings. Service was friendly also!

Alchemy is such a chic and cozy little gem tucked away in Summerlin. It’s a modern, European inspired cafe known for its beautifully prepared Turkish coffee, but their menu goes far beyond that, offering pastries and Mediterranean-inspired desserts that pair perfectly with any drink. The space itself is intimate, with a charming covered patio outside and a mix of tables, couches, and striking wall art inside. It feels curated, warm, and thoughtfully designed. Their menu may be compact, but it’s mighty. You’ll find specialty drinks, frappes, teas, and all the classic coffee favorites. The food selection really impressed me as well, sandwiches, açaí bowls, breakfast options, and even vegan sandwiches, which I truly appreciated. Of course, we had to try the Turkish coffee. It was beautiful

Absolutely love coming to Alchemy - it has such a cozy atmosphere like a great neighborhood cafe should. They have a diverse, Turkish/Mediterranean-based menu filled with unique coffees, drinks, pastries, and food. Everyone here is always friendly. One of the best coffee spots in Vegas I believe for outdoor seating

I want to give a big shoutout to this amazing coffee shop for their delicious coffee, paninis, and tiramisu. Erblin and Arti helped me during my visit, and they were so sweet and welcoming. I also learned that this is a family-owned business, and you can truly feel how much they care about their customers. I highly recommend stopping by to relax, enjoy a coffee date with friends, or even get some studying done. Such a beautiful and cozy atmosphere!

I said I wanted a place with a coffee in hand, a view to get lost in, and a menu variety that would keep me there morning till noon and that's what we found here. Great technique with latte and bold flavors. They had the cutest take on baklava you have to try them all!
