Alberto Jr Mexican Food in Mountlake Terrace was a pleasant experience that was just right for a delicious lunch time meal. We ordered a Combo #1 (crispy beef tacos with rice and beans) iand it was a standout. The taco shells are made in house and are golden and crunchy, filled with seasoned ground beef that’s juicy and satisfying. The rice is fluffy with a light tomato-garlic flavor, and the beans are smooth and smoky, classic comfort food done right. Combo #3 (one enchilada, one crispy taco, rice and beans) offers a great mix of textures. The enchilada is soft and saucy, topped with melted cheese and packed with flavor. Sanitary issues 😤 As soon as I open my to go box, I see a fly enjoying the food!! Sorry, I won’t be coming back to this place. I wasn’t going to post this review, but the lady who took, cooked, and gave me the order was so rude. I called in to explain my disappointment and she DID NOT apologize!!!

One of the worst Mexican places around! These are the saddest super fries ever. Looks like th y accidentally got chees on there with how sparingly they topped it. Hell, where's the pico de gallo? The fries weren't even fully cooked. I wanna throw up now.

Gross food. Just ordered 2 steak tacos to go. Old tasting food. Brown guacamole (as soon as we got in the car). It’s all gross. And overpriced, if it was a taco truck I’d be ok with it. “San Diego Style” $14 picture attached. Not friendly staff. Complete rip off, go to Taco Bell.

This was pretty bad. Cali burrito has large chunks of flavorless near uncooked potato. It was less like fries and more like eating a tortilla full of unseasoned breakfast reds. Burrito size was underwhelming compared to competitors at the same price point. No complexity. Place looked deserted. Also why is their salsa bar stocked with Jack in the Boxes salsa packets? Avoid.
