I really didn’t want to leave a negative review, but my experience here was honestly disappointing. As soon as I walked in, there was a strong, unpleasant smell, especially around the meat area. It immediately made me uncomfortable and worried about how clean and well-maintained the store actually is. What concerned me the most was seeing meat that looked expired or not fresh. The color and condition just didn’t seem right, and when you’re buying food, especially meat, you expect it to be handled and checked carefully. I brought this up to one of the staff members, hoping they would take it seriously or at least explain what was going on. This place has gone downhill badly. The customer service is horrible, staff are rude, dismissive, and act like customers are a burden instead of people paying for food. There’s zero professionalism or accountability. The smell inside the restaurant is unbearable, like old grease and spoiled food. It’s honestly concerning. Even worse, the food tastes old and reheated, especially the meat. The texture and smell of the meat made it very clear it was not fresh. It tasted like it had been sitting around for days. I’ve given this place multiple chances, hoping it was just a bad day, but it’s the same issue every time: poor hygiene, bad service, and food quality that feels unsafe to eat. No one should be paying for food that smells off and tastes questionable. Save your money and your stomach.

I have been to Albaik House multiple times, and every time the meat tasted rotten and smelled terrible. The texture and odor made it clear that it was not fresh, and it made my stomach hurt afterward. I’ve talked with several friends who have also eaten there, and they agreed the meat seemed bad and the food was dirty and unpleasant. On top of that, the service was rude and unwelcoming, which made the whole experience even worse. Overall, I would not recommend eating here because of the poor food quality and customer service.

This is my favorite grocery store. They have the best kitchen and make delicious food ❤️ I ordered grilled meats, which was the best thing I had tasted recently. Highly recommended to order it

I ordered x3 chicken shawarma; it’s very tasty and delicious, and I also got some fresh meat. Overall, great experience.
