This place better be glad they feel good. Don't even bother calling in your order. Its a 50-50 chance that they know anything about it when you get up there. They need a new system because giving people numbers doesn't work they always end up asking what your order is anyway. They are always busy and for a good reason. parking is always packed but if you park on the opposite end of the street you'll be fine. They do have the lemon pepper crack the fries are mid but u can't win them all.

Anything you order fried here is gonna be really well seasoned and crazy crispy. So crispy, it stayed the course after an hour in the car- how many spots can say that about their fried food ? Now, I can only speak to the chicken, fish and the skramps, but if you didn’t have to travel an hour away, this crispy might chip a tooth. The service was friendly, accommodating and efficient. No attitude. And when I mean well seasoned, it’s on the fence leaning towards the saltiness of the sea. If that’s your ting- welcome home. Best chicken and fish I’ve tasted in a long time. Brought some to a party and everyone absolutely loved them! Everything on their menu taste awesome! I come all the way from Troy just for their chicken and fish. How the chicken and fish stays crispy on the drive home is amazing! Prices are very reasonable and the people are friendly and take pride in their food! Best of all no drama and no bad attitude! Clean, fast and fresh. Order ahead so you don’t have to wait. We usually come on a Sunday during football weekend. It’s worth the drive! Highly recommend!

Horrible double battered over cooked Wingdings they were the absolute worst. We ordered chicken to go with our baked beans and potato salad the entire meal was ruined because of the weird chicken.

Alaska fish and chicken in Oak Park is outstanding. Great customer service, well-mannered and it didn't take forever! Very fresh fish, clean and it doesn't smell very fishy when you enter!
