I came back in town for Thanksgiving and while we were running errands we got hungry and wanted to try something new. Then I remembered this Indian restaurant that I tried before, even though my husband has not. I visited this place back when it was still smaller and had not expanded yet. I still remember the food being delicious so I was really excited to come back. We went around lunch time and it was not too busy. We decided to do the buffet since I knew they added it after the expansion, but I never got a chance to return until now. The buffet was 19.99 per person. I am not sure if that was a holiday price or the regular price. The food was amazing and full of flavor. I really enjoyed the mushroom masala and the butter chicken. Their goat curry was also very good, the meat did not ha
While traveling to Florida, we came across a restaurant offering pakistan and indian food. We decided to dine there, and the experience was excellent. They even provide a prayer space if you ask. The food was delicious we ordered Dal Makhani with rice and Chili Chicken, and everything tasted amazing. If you live nearby or are visiting the area, I highly recommend this place.
When I was in Baton Rouge, this place was my go-to spot whenever I wanted a real, authentic, flavor-rich meal. I tried almost every item on their menu just for the joy of discovering new flavors, and I was never disappointed. I really miss it. P.S. For anyone who doesn’t like spicy food: many dishes are on the spicy side. You can ask for the spice level to be adjusted, but in my opinion it’s still fairly spicy (which I personally enjoy)—just something to keep in mind if you prefer mild flavors.
Chicken Briyani was amazing. Must try. Spices were just right. Not hot (chill or pepper) was less. So everyone can try without hesitation. I ordered online so not sure about atmosphere. Blend the spices (looks like Prunes) and Don’t remove them.
This mom and pop hole in the wall is AMAZING!! So good and fresh. The owners are super sweet and nice. I ordered the curry chicken (kinda spicy) i loved it tho, and i also had the lobster masala, which was soooo good.
