This is hands down some of the best food I’ve ever tasted in my life. I discovered this place while looking for food options in an area I just moved to, and it popped up with nearly five-star reviews. I remember thinking, How does a restaurant with ratings like this exist here and I’ve never heard of it? I knew I had to try it. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by Chef JP, who was incredibly kind, warm, and friendly. The food looked amazing—fresh, hot, and full of flavor—and I couldn’t wait to try it. He even let me sample a few items, which I truly appreciated since I’m very particular about what I eat. We found this place on Google while leaving the airport. The food was AMAZING!! The portion sizes are HUGE! And the prices are even better. I had the turkey wing, spinach rice, Mac n cheese, and cabbage. My friend had the brown chicken stew, rice and peas, Mac and cabbage. All that’s missing was a dessert and a blanket. We will definitely return.

I love going to AJ’s The food is Excellent especially the Spinach Rice (something I never had until I started going to AJ’s I just Love it!) The Yams, mac & cheese, jerk & curry chicken is so yummy! & everyone is Welcoming & Friendly! Me & my grown kids love their Establishment ❤️😊

Collard Greens: Perfectly seasoned and slow-simmered, the collard greens had that rich, smoky flavor you can only get from a long cook and the right touch of seasoning. Tender without being mushy, and full of depth—easily some of the best I’ve had. Cabbage: The cabbage was cooked just right: soft but still holding a little bite. It had a savory seasoning blend that made it flavorful without overpowering its natural sweetness. A simple dish done really well.
