Very nice atmosphere, the food here is great, huge servings, and the pricing is right on target. The staff is nice, and very helpful. Loved it.
Asked if the fried shrimp was fresh and hand battered and she said yes. When I received my food it was frozen shrimp out of a box. She didn’t offer any condiments other than ketchup.
Had a great experience here!! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service really stood out. Our servers Angelica,Tiana, and Anna were all amazing- super attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. They were fast, helpful, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. Definitely a spot I'd recommend and will be coming back to!!
The service with Jamey is TOP TIER. There's no other waitress that does it like her. She is an extraordinary waitress. She stays on top of things with her customers and even when she isn't attending to customers she stays busy. I hear many great things about her service and I can attest that everything said is true! Next time you're at Jalisco be sure to ask for Jamey to receive the best waitress in town!
Ordered a margarita and the glas had dried chili? Or ketchup on it... sent it back... I do have to say I have been to 4 of these in different locations and the food and service were not good... the young lady that was my waitress was amazing 👏
