Very easy walk from the courthouse on a lunch break from jury duty. Many light healthy lunch options and drinks fair priced and delivered with efficient kindness. My turkey avocado wrap was huge and fresh crunchy veggies paired with a nice container of tasty three color spiral pasta salad - al dente! Also nice clean roomy indiv restrooms. Comfy seating options indoors and patio. All can be boxed nice togo for you afternoon break snack.

Great experience at Agave! The food was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The drinks were on point, and the atmosphere was lively but still comfortable. Service was friendly and attentive, which really made the experience even better. Definitely a spot I’d come back to—highly recommend if you’re in Chula Vista!

Unassuming from the outside, but they have really good food, and the Lounge area is so cute! I come here every time I have an appointment somewhere in the building, and I'm so happy they're open early. I've only tried breakfast foods but they've always been good, and the Mexican Mocha 🤌 so delicious! This last time I had the Chipotle Chilaquiles and they were so good!! The sauce was so creamy but you could still taste the chipotle, and still had a hint of spice, very balanced and tasty 😄 I'm a sucker for a good chipotle sauce! The potatoes were crispy but soft inside too. They have fresh baked cookies too, I saw them just come out the oven and they look big and delicious. I also noticed they have a little power bank renting machine, which is so convenient. I definitely recommend this p

This is my second time eating at Agave. The service is always top notch. The atmosphere is relaxing - it is my favorite place to do some writing. The food is fabulous! I highly recommend the avocado toast and a dirty chai latte. Yum!

Being coming back to this place a few times already. Love the atmosphere. Great service. Good food. Highly Recommend!!!
