The Slime Kitchen Otay

My 2 year old son, wife and myself decided to check this place out on its grand opening or soft opening since we recieved a special promotion to get some free slime if we signed up, looked fun and sounded cool. We arrived at the opening to a long line. No problem, we went across the street to the bookstore for an hour and came back to no line, sweet! We were immediately greeted when we enetered, and we're escorted to the Step-by-Step process to create your own slime. We told our slime chef (It's on their nametag) that we signed up for a promo for a free slime, and she acknowledged us. Cool right!? So we went through the long process of being explained on the types of slime, and what we can do and add etc etc. The slime chef helps blend the slime, which the blender was extremely inefficie

I took my daughter and her bestie, both 9, and they had a BLAST! The team members spoke directly to them and made it custom to their slime wishes! They played and played and were so proud of their creations. We were there for one hour.

The place is great but product SUCKS. it got moldy super fast even following directions online. I don't think it's worth what I paid for it and it getting moldy and super dry. I've bought slime on Amazon that my daughter has used for over a month and has left it open and this doesn't happen. The young ladies there are great with the kiddos running around but don't expect that thing to last in good condition.

Great location. Friendly staff, patient with the kiddos. A bit too quick of an experience. Went in with one child, maybe go with at least 2 kids so they can play with the slime a bit longer with each other. Experience lasted only about 20 minutes.

This place is a great space for kids to be creative with colors, textures and more. Staff are super friendly and helpful, my daughter had a great time.
