I've been coming there for 20 years. Something has changed.I don't see any old faces. Today a new girl waited on me and got my phone number wrong for my discount after she totaled my order. When I pointed out mistake she said that there was nothing she could do until next time. An associate heard us and took my number down and said she would fix it. I left and realized I needed to order some thing else for about 7 bucks. That would not be eligible for discount points because it was under the total required even though my previous order that day was over the limit. I always thought the prices were a little high but the quality and service and discounts were worth it.I think I'm going to start to shop around in the future.

Miserable staff member at the West Lawn location. I’ve been coming here for over 15 years for special occasions and I will never return to any of their stores ever again! I get it was Valentine’s Day and busy but the older lady with medium length gray hair had a major attitude problem and was so rude!

Usually a well trusted seafood spot. I always felt I was paying a premium for quality. Christmas Eve, we breaded fish and were about to put it in the deep fryer…. And a wiggling worm can crawling out. Very unsettling.

We came here just to buy fish, the quality was great! All fresh of course The staff very friendly

This store is amazing. The product is beautiful. The staff ready to help with any question. The choices go on an on. Fresh Seafood of any type you can imagine, dinners ready to be cooked, sides. There is a punch card which when completed gets the holder $10 of their next purchase.
