Really cool vibe, hot fresh food, I ordered the veggie combo, some tea and had a great time! Beautifully spiced, with an extensive selection of vegetarian options this is definitely going to be a new regular for me!
Ordered pickup. I love an Ethopian veggie combo and I was happy with the flavors. That being said, I was shorted a wot dish in the combo (should have been six dishes, I was only given five), and they seemed to make up for it hy giving me extra collard greens, but more lentils would have been appreciated. A few of the dishes were cold as well and had to heat back up at home, a little annoying. I really enjoyed the lentil sambusa. Those were hot, great flavor, and a nice little kick to them. Not a perfect first experience here, but I'd order again.
We came here last year in late October, but I remember the experience very well. At the time, we felt this place wasn't suited for dine-in, as no one else was in the restaurant except for us and we went on to see lots of people come through the door and order things to-go or from the bakery. Our waitress was kind and patient, despite us frequently changing our minds on what we wanted from the menu. Why were we changing our minds so much? Because the menus we were given were outdated, and as such, they didn't have the dishes we originally wanted. I remember the food took a long time to get to us and by the time it did, all of our injera was ice cold and while the entree dishes were still warm, they were unbearably spicy. Everything from the derek tibs to the legumes and lentils. I'm pretty
Terrible. I been here plenty of times and this by far the worst. So I found hair in my food? I have braids so I know that’s not my hair. Meat was tough and the collards greens I got on the side were served to me cold. With mostly the ends on it. Very disappointed and my money wasted had to throw the food away cause of the hair
Stopped by Adama while I was passing through. Quick and prompt service, as my food was ready in no time at all. The doro wot was full of rich flavor and spicy, loved it. I also ordered the Adama kitfo. The kitfo beef was cooked medium and it came with collard greens and cottage cheese. This was also spicy and good. They have baked goods and a few cooking supplies for sale as well. Pleased with my visit overall.
