Heights Coffee Bar

Wonderful atmosphere with soundproofing and lots of indoor seating for the size of the shop. Feels clean and calm. Got a hot oatmilk vanilla latte and it’s just the right amount of sweet. Love that they have savory pastries! Kind staff and all around good vibes

We enjoyed a chai tea, 2 kid hot chocolates, a black coffee and a maple steamer....the family loved it. We also split the Gluten free monster cookie by Janna's Bakery. Her baked goods are one of my favorite gluten-free bakeries in the city. Nice quaint place to enjoy a hot drink and treat. Plenty of street parking and a wheel chair accessibility. We are finding that many of the coffee shops close early so we stumbled upon them based on a Google search of open coffee shops near me. Then remembered this was the new coffee shop in Columbia Heights. It was a pleasant surprise. Definitely coming back again.

A classy local joint with well made, high quality coffee, yummy local pastries, and cozy vibes. Great light, family friendly, and they offer GF and DF pastry and drink options. I can’t wait to pop in here regularly!

Awesome little coffee shop!! I work at starbucks and this atmosphere is what i WISH my cafe was like. Simple, cute, quality, and relaxing. I’d say if you’re considering, definitely give it a try.

I am so happy Heights Coffee Bar has joined the neighborhood! Owners Holly and Nicole and staff Lacey are all LOVELY humans who obviously care very much about their customers and their community. On first visit, it already felt like I was just talking to old friends. I’m a chai drinker and love theirs and my daughter told me their hot chocolate is “the best I ever had.” We also enjoy picking up Aki’s pastries from Heights Coffee Bar. This will definitely be a frequent stop for our family.
