A&D Buffalo Wings

Food is good but service is poor. I tried calling in an order around closing time and the guy who works at the cashier (perhaps, boss) was in the middle of taking my order then out of nowhere he hangs up the phone (probably because it was late but if you didn’t want me to order why ask what I want). I had someone else call them right after this and he was told that I tried to order but instead hung up. About a month later (earlier, 2026) I stopped in the store and told him who I was and what he had done over the phone with me and proceeded to jokingly ask for an apology through free food but he said no and I said ok and walked out of store. I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent visit to Buffalo A&D. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak, but what I got was unacceptable (see attached photo). When I asked for a refund or a recooked order, the employee became rude and initially refused. It wasn't until I showed my food to other customers at the register, and one customer left in disgust, that the employee reluctantly refunded my money. Unfortunately, this experience has led my husband and me to decide that we will no longer be patronizing Buffalo A&D, a place that was once our favorite spot for subs and wings. *2 stars are for the honey garlic wings

I been coming to this place for 7 years, and the food is always delicious. The staff members are kind and eager to help with specific order request. I love this place. Keep up the good work.

Great wings, and subs. Combo meal is perfect for 1 or 2 people.

Undoubtably the best wings in Baltimore. I’ve been eating the wings from here for years and have compared them to several spots throughout Baltimore, and A&D Buffalo top them all. I can’t speak for everyone else experience, but mines have always been pleasant.
