ACE No. 3

This place is amazing. Food has the most delicious juicy fries and amazing fluffy creamy, smooth milkshake and a juicy yummy burger although I will mention that the service was kind of slow as the person checking people out was very chatty but otherwise service was amazing.

The worst restaurant experience of my life. When we ordered we were not informed of the fountain drink machine not working. The sodas had no carbonation. When we went back to get tea instead, we saw the top of the ice machine on the counter covered in mold and no tea made anyways. At that point we asked for a refund due to not being able to get a fountain drink anyways. The general manager then proceeded to tell us we could have Powerade or lemonade which we didn’t want so my husband still requested a refund. The manager reluctantly agrees but then when my husband started pointing out all the issues we could see in the restaurant he tells us to leave and will not refund us. Service was wonderful and food was delicious! The Ace burger was so juicy and flavorful, the fries were so hot and fresh! We will definitely be back!

First time here, loved the overall vibe of the restaurant! Very cool how they have 3 large tables, with some booths as well. They have outdoor seating, with some tables that have fans. There were also corn hole boards set up. The music was a tad loud, the only reason for the 4 stars on atmosphere. Me and my husband both got the ace burger, I got fries and he got the onion straws. Ordering was very fast, we waited about 10 minutes with a beeper. Food was 10/10!!! I just wish they had homemade ranch.
