I bought a refrigerator as new with little scratches outside for $500 less, which online price $3100. After a month later I noticed this cooler never stop running and way too loud noise.I call mfg for a warranty claim. Surprise!!! They said the fridge sold to someone in New York and return to them, then they sold to auction, so no factory warranty. I strongly recommend stay away from this young asian guy ‘John’ As soon as court is reopen, I’ll get my money back.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. Worst possible purchasing experience. Customer service was descent until money was handed over. After that, customer service was non existent. Bad business ethics. Would never recommend to anybody. Purchase your donut equipment from legit approved vendors, not this guy.
