Abbott's Frozen Custard

Always great ice cream and related products. I am a grandpa who does not eat ice cream but I go here regularly as the rest of my family has the sweet tooth. I like the art on the wall. Great place to have in town.

$4 almost, for a pup cup that most places give away for free. And for the prices, the custard just isn’t the same as it used to be. It used to be chewy.. almost pudding like. Now Everytime I come, it’s melted already for some reason and tastes like the type of ice cream made with the powder granules + milk, ice cream. Should have went to mcds. 🤷‍♀️ didn’t go to waste, but didn’t hit the spot.

Very great ice cream! Once a year, double check prices. Cost of milk.

The custard is good, but the staff was not very friendly and the ice cream was melting down the sides before she was even done making it. Also the cone was completely empty, for $7 I’d hope you would get your money’s worth. Also this has nothing to do with my rating, but if you look at some of the reviews you can see the owner is supper argumentative, and not very professional.

Service always great. Prices fair. Ice cream poor. I’ve come 3 times now and ..well….you are 0 - 3. From milkshake to almond chocolate ice cream to a sundae (I’ve brought a combined 6 different people here) and we all agree ice cream is “meh” and we will NOT BE back. I mean no disrespect but it’s almost like it’s super LOW quality; OR low sugar or low fat …or something!? Not sure. Taste is lacking. Nothing special. Your staff is very good! Deck and building and tables and everything always clean. Prices I can live-with. The quality/taste I cannot . The pistachio pineapple tatses like plastic or like sweet lime flavor lol 3/5 stars and I’m being very generous. Love, a fellow business owner and food critic
