We originally visited this store to pick up an order for a friend. When we walked in the staff alone made it worth the hour and 20 minutes trip. The kind, personable, helpful, I can't say enough possative about the customer service they have, rare now a day's!! As we walked threw WOW! I hadn't planned on shopping or buying anything, after 1st aisle I went back for a cart. I personally got big beautiful restaurant quality cookie sheet, baking pan WITH handles, ladles (perfect for homemade chili with safety coating on handle), tongs that you can't find anymore anywhere that everyone needs in their kitchen, I replaced all our spatulas, deep frying utensils for safer more durable stainless steel, I can't say enough about the quality and the PRICES!! Very knowledgeable staff, willing to help direct you to what your looking for from the moment you walk in. Jim, who is also the VP, was walking the floor offering assistance to customers and had a large knowledge of there stock and was able to help find the items I needed even though I didn't know the name of it and only could provide a partial description. Great staff, well organized and great prices, we will definitely continue doing buissness with them.

Super cool place! I just bought a house and needed a few things to round out my kitchen. Checkout is old school, but everyone is super nice and helpful. Thanks folks! I'm sure I'll be back for some other odds and ends soon.
