A+ Restaurant Supply and Repair

Decided to go local vs big box, $15k spent, we waited two extra weeks for delivery, install team doesn’t connect or handle with care, “refurbished cooler” was dirty, had open wires exposed, and hummed like a jet engine. Decided to return and buy a new fridge that would be delivered in a week, waited 3 weeks. Final straw was the new $6k ice machine has broken down twice in two months and not a single person will return a phone call. They also require full payment upfront, which leads to little to no accountability to make things right. I would think twice before using A+ for any equipment, install or service needs.

I was in need of a deep freezer in a hurry. Brittany was more than accommodating to my needs. She found me one right away and kept me informed during the whole transactions. I would highly recommend this business and specially this service to anyone!

Something I would like to say about Brittany. I was going to start a restaurant and I had plans for going with plan and equipments and Britanny came and checked out everything. She quoted me and everything and unfortunately, I was not able to secure the loan. Brittany was kind enough to scrap the project. I would recommend Brittany to anybody. She is such a wonderful person.

Comparable prices and fast service. Delivery was tricky but they were all very patient and made it happen.
