This location is definitely not my favorite, and I was waiting so long for the server to come back and was starting to get really irritated, but then the manager came over and everything changed. His name is Nathan. He was so warm, welcoming, and understanding to what had been a really tough day for me. He ended up taking over my order completely, and transforming my day into one of the best ones I've had in a long time. I saw him running around and greeting customers, clearing empty plates and silverware from our tables, and helping out everyone around him nonstop, all with a smile on his face. This is the best, most involved manager I have seen in years! I didn't know they made them like him anymore. I hope this place gives him a raise. I know he's worth every penny and more. He truly am

The food was decent, as expected. The Waitress was very attentive and quickly delivered the food and drinks. The atmosphere was standard for the chain and clean. Everything was expected for the 99. That isn't an insult, consistency is key for chain restaurants.

I had a discount for a hamburger 🍔 through the app. Being in the area and hungry, I stopped in and sat at the bar 🍻. The bar was very busy so service was a little slow. There was only one bartender. I had the All American Burger and Vermont Cheddar 🧀 Burger without bacon 🥓 and a petite lemon 🍋 square and strawberry 🍓 cake for dessert. Both tasted good. Update: August 2024; Sirloin with mashed potatoes 🥔 and broccoli 🥦 tasted good but portion to price was small. Not so with the chocolate cake! Update: March 2025; The regular cheeseburger 🍔 is good! The bartender Mary was great 👍! Free refills on my unsweetened iced tea. Update: July 2025; I brought my son here for dinner 🍽️. He had chicken tenders with rice pilaf and broccoli 🥦. I had the Chicken Marsala with rice 🌾 pilaf and broccoli. We b

I tried this location for the first time with my family and was extremely disappointed seeing as i am a regular at the hooksett location which i’ve never had a bad experience at! My daughter got mac and cheese and it was burnt. I got the turkey tips and loaded mashed potatoes and the bacon on the potato’s was squishy and raw and the tips were not cooked enough at all it was nothing like what i usually get in hooksett it was disgusting and i couldn’t even force myself to continue to eat it so the manager removed it from the bill but i would never come to the londonderry location again after this experience and i would definitely recommend saving your money or going to the hooksett location if you want decent and edible food! (lost my appetite for the day thanks to this restaurant!)

Took my daughters here for dinner. Waiter promptly took the drink order. All sodas so no review for those. He came back and we ordered dinner. One got a burger & fries. It was fine. My other daughter wanted a chicken parm sandwich but we were told “i cant cause the button is gone” . That’s just silly. There is a chicken sandwich, just add sauce & cheese. So she had to order a dinner which had pasta she didn’t want. I ordered the turkey tips which were overcooked that they were so dry inside snd mashed potatoes were cold. This could be because it look so ling for it to come out. This wS disappointing for me. One good thing was the cookie skillet that the girls enjoyed. Fine for the lids but In mo rush to return.
