Crazy Noodle

Went here with my partner this weekend for the second time in a while because I have never once forgotten their Chicken Teriyaki Lo Mein. I've had dreams about its full page laminated photo, tacked on the wall. It was before covid I believe last time I went and this time was exactly the same. The meal was exactly as amazing as last time and I genuinely contemplated a second order. My partner meanwhile loved his shrimp and crab soup. I don't recall the exact dish, but we both really enjoyed the dish and it was slow cooked to perfection. Also tried the Thai iced coffee, and while I am not ever a coffee person, I always humor my partner with a sip of theirs. This is a hidden gem that any Asian food lover absolutely must find!!! It's a small, unassuming place in the same plaza as La Caretta and Papa Genos, but for my money, it gives you a better and more exciting meal option than either one of them can (just saying). It occured to me when my friend and I walked out of the place raving about the food we had just eaten, that I had never written a review for this place even though I've been enjoying it for a couple years now. I'm a discerning but fair review writer, so I should say that the only reason I didn't give five stars is because the place is a bit drafty in the winter time. Highly recommend! This is a wonderful, family-run spot with great service and flavorful food. The appetizers were especially tasty, definitely try the Three Amigos, you won’t be disappointed. As a vegetarian, I asked for the coconut curry with tofu, and they were happy to accommodate. It was delicious. Very pleased with the experience and will definitely be back!

Really pleasant surprise! I got a really great Sriracha BBQ Pork Fried Rice (really good pork and the contrast between Sriracha and Raisins was very nice!)

The noodles were excellent but could have come with more veggies like thinly sliced carrots, bean sprouts, or even tofu. However, the food was hot and made to order. The customer service was impeccable, and the prices were reasonable. Everything ordered was on the sweet side, including the meso broth for the noodle bowls. It was not entirely authentic but a close runner-up. I went in the middle of the afternoon, and there was still a nice steady flow of customers entering. It's definitely a nice local spot, and I would positively recommend Crazy Noodle 🍜
