85°C Bakery Cafe-Palm Desert

I’m so happy that 85°C Bakery Café opened here in Palm Desert! This place brings such a unique and authentic bakery experience to the area—something we’ve never really had before. It’s located right off Monterey Avenue, and it honestly gives you that same warm, delicious feeling as the original San Gabriel Valley locations. The bread and pastries are unbelievably soft and fresh, baked to perfection. Every bite melts in your mouth. Their mango roll and strawberry cream cake are absolute must-tries — light, fluffy, creamy, and packed with flavor. Easily two of the best cakes in the desert! There’s also a great variety of items, from sweet pastries to savory breads and refreshing drinks. One of favorite spots in Orange County! So excited to have one in Palm Desert, Ca. A great selection in pastries. The option of gourmet sandwiches and mini snack(s). Love their Vietnamese Coffee! They have Thai and various teas (boba). One of these pasteurized are sure to be a winner in your book and will keep you coming back for more! Very welcoming. Dining area available. The only thing I did not like is the parking. Small parking spots. But that’s not their fault!

They have a variety of delicious and well crafted sweet treats, reasonable prices, and many drink options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the Sea Salt Jasmine Green Tea! The traffic in and out of the parking lot is insane. It was also very crowded and a bit disorderly inside. I realize today's experience is based off the store launching a soft opening with limited hours, so, I'll try again when it's fully functional and see if it deserves more stars.

This place is worth the wait! Don't let long lines scare you off, it's worth the wait and while you're in line things are constantly brought out fresh from the oven that you can grab. The staff is very nice and even though we didn't order beverages, they were cranked out quick from what we could see. Please give this place a try if you like baked goods of all sorts and even cakes and custards! We grabbed about 15 things and it was only $25.25, the quality and price will always bring us back.

This is one of my favorite Cafe chains and I am so glad we. It is Taiwanese cafe that had many pastries (both savory and sweet), Cakes, some breakfast sandwiches and a variety of teas (milk tea and regular), coffee, slushies, and boba drinks. To order you first grab a tray and choose the pastries you want, you then go to the counter and order a drink if you'd like and pay. You can also just order a drink at the counter, kiosk or online ahead of time. This 85 degrees was spacious and clean and the staff was friendly. My drink came out quickly. One of my favorite drinks here is the Strawberry Milk Tea and my favorite pastries are the Taro pastries. There are a few and I like them all.
