815 Notary

The morning of December 26, It was essential that I have some documents notarized. I initially called another notary, but was referred to 815 Notary. I was really impressed with Barb when she invited me to come to her home office at my convenience with such short notice. She was very professional, friendly, and thorough making sure I was informed as to the documents I was signing, and answering any questions I might have. She even had a FedEx envelope for me to use to get the documents shipped as soon as I could. I will definitely recommend her to anyone I hear of that needs her services.

Amazing customer service! I did not have some of my paperwork with me and she went on her cell phone, downloaded it, found a place to print it and we were able to proceed that day. Without that type of customer service, we never would have been able to complete the notary that day. Most other people would have dismissed me and said, "Well, if you're not prepared then we'll need to reschedule." but not her! Thank you so much for your attention to detail, your kind and giving nature, and your care for people rather than your own personal time, greed, or money! You're awesome!
