7 Brew Coffee

Had coffee at this 7 Brew for the first time over the weekend. The first part of our experience consisted of trying to even get their menu pulled up... the only option for a menu we could find was to scan their microscopic QR codes in the drive thru. After what felt like an eternity, we were eventually able to pull up the menu after pulling close enough for our phones to actually register the codes. By that time, the girl was already coming up to take our order, so we basically had no time to look at the menu and just ordered our generic usual items we get at other coffee places. My wife didn't care for her blended drink. Usually it's a very sweet, caramel concoction that's too sweet for me to enjoy, but she loves it. If this review would've been based on my first visit, it would be a 10/5. That is the sad part. I loved 7Brew in the beginning. The employees were so nice and I loved all the options. But the service has slowly dissolved into absolutely nothing. They screwed up my last few drinks, (like the completely wrong order) wouldn't replace them, and their customer service on the phone and through email is quite literally the WORST I have ever seen. If you call, the bot will play ring around the rosey with you until you hang up and run into traffic instead. The contact form plays ring around the rosey by pretending like you haven't given them your phone number, then responding and closing out the case with a no reply email saying "we need your phone number". It is absolutely atrocious. This has bee

12/10 every time! This has replaced my usual coffee spot! The staff is always so nice and personable but not obnoxious! And so quick! Even in a rush I know I will be 3-5 min tops! Every drink I have tried has been my new favorite! They have the best combos and the best recommendations if you need a dupe for another drink! My favorites are iced smooth seven, iced cinnamon roll, iced sweet and salty. Ocean breeze energy is delish as well!🤤✨

I normally love this location but my experience here tonight was terrible, I understand that it’s exciting when your friends come to see you at work but to ignore the people in line is ridiculous especially when I sat there for 10 minutes waiting for my order to be taken and when the girl did take my order she seemed distracted and then immediately ran back to her friends car also the car blocked the whole line so I had to wait for the second line to clear before I could leave after I got my drink. 10/10 on the drink but 0/10 on the customer service

Our first time going today, so good! The young ladies that work there were so friendly and nice. My daughter got a large flavored lemonade with watermelon, kiwi and blue raspberry it's supposed to taste like a jolly rancher. I got medium the geman chocolate ice coffee with one shot of espresso. Very impressive with how yummy these drinks were. We only spent $10 for both drinks just as much I would spend anywhere else. We definitely will be back the next time we're in Riverton.
