Stopped by for a much needed cup of Joe and decided to give this place a shot. I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine charm. Madelyne is the sweetest! She had my drink hot and ready in no time, the perfect sip on a chilly morning. Excellent service and an even better experience!

I'm making this comment not to criticize, but simply to help you improve. I've bought coffee here many times, and I've always had a good experience, but today wasn't like that. Today I ordered an iced coffee, and the cup was so full of ice that I couldn't even fit the straw in. I also ordered a hot caramel coffee, and it seemed like it was just milk with sugar; it didn't even taste like coffee. I hope you pay more attention to what the customer wants and ensure they always have a good experience with you. Thank you.

Terrible experience they messed up my drinks twice in a row. Sloppy portions, no training evident, and zero care for consistency. Drinks always overflowing the cup spilling out. Training needs to be done there should be no reason drinks are being rushed out and constantly inconsistent. If I order the same thing everytime I come why does the taste or looks vary depending on the shift or Barista? Clearly a lack of training and upper management not caring just hiring! My first order i ordered 2 blue raspberry rebels with vanilla and heavy cream 1 drink was blue and one was green. And both had so much heavy cream in them you couldn't taste nothing so I took them back to be remade! When they bring the new drinks back out they're both green this time so im like ok this is weird ive never seen b
