7 Brew Coffee

If I could go more then once a day… which I normally do.. I WOULD! I don’t go just for my delicious favorite drink but for the amazing team they have!! Winterville is absolutely my favorite 7Brew location I’ve gone to and I’ve been to over 20 different locations!! I truly enjoy the conversations & playful banter between each employee there! Great headship between the owner, management and team leads! Thanks Winterville!

I love the coffee and the service is great. However, the loud music is unbearable going through the drive-through. You can barely hear the server and it kills my ears. I’m literally holding my ears when trying to place an order. I wish they would just turn the music down where we can hear and it’s not disturbing. It’s sad that the manager would not turn it down. She said no. Talk about customer service

I absolutely love 7 brew especially this location. For the most part my experiences have been beyond perfection. However, I have never wrote a review before or came to google to do so. But, as a mom myself I want to take up for what is right, especially for the kind workers there. I have witnessed a particular person that is quite honestly rude and clearly makes the environment in this workplace hostile. After a few times I finally asked for the name. Im sorry if I mis-spell, but I remember the name as Tytian? I have witnessed her be extremely rude to other workers, watching through the stand in my car I see her speaking in a truly unkind manner not only to her employees, but in-front of customers as well. I believe that this needs to be addressed because I have seen it time and time again

I had such a great experience. It was really cold out, but this young lady was still so sweet, patient, and friendly the entire time. She took her time to help me, explained everything clearly, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. Her attitude was so positive even in the cold, and that says a lot. I would definitely come back and recommend her to anyone. I believe I heard someone say her name was Yasminee.

First time trying 7 Brew. The drinks were good and I will go back to a DIFFERENT location for the drinks again. However the service is why I will not return to this location. 22 minutes passed from the time they took our order till we got our drinks. Yes some of that time included the 3 cars in front of us getting their order. But when we pulled up to the pickup door three girls were spending their time laughing and joking no biggie because I saw drinks being made. Well those drinks were actually for the girl that was getting off shift. Once she was done with her stuff she left and another girl finally started our drinks. Guess that's why there was a line of cars behind us and a few cars pulled out of line and left. Like I said at the beginning, will definitely give 7 Brew another try but
