7 Brew Coffee

Every time I have gone my order is always wrong even after repeating it several times. I always get a sorry and they walk away. I hate too much ice in my drink and ask for lightly iced. Nope never get what I asked. Today I was curious to give it one last shot and huge disappointment I repeated I want my drink lightly iced several times. Nope complete opposite. Curious came home scooped out the ice and was left with absolutely no drink cuz it’s was purely ice. I didn’t even take a drink out of it. I always order matcha latte with pumpkin sauce/pumpkin drizzle & oat milk for sub. They always forget an ingredient or the milk or they imputed a completely different drink of what I ordered. I have been to 7 brew in Fremont several times and every time has been amazing. The workers are great at being patient and helping me decide what new drinks I want to try. Every drink that I’ve had has been amazing! I love that they have so many sugar-free options! It helps me get through my days and nights. So happy to finally have them in our town! And it’s always a fun place to go!

So Ellie helped me pick a drink sweet and salty with an extra shot. So good she didn’t lead me astray. Lol. I was having a bit of a crazy day. Girl taking my order was soooo sweet I even had to show her a picture of my grand dog. Lol. We will come through soon as they are coming to NE so you can see them in person. Such friendly service and delicious coffee.

I've been to this 7 Brew 3 times since it opened as I really wanted to give it a chance. Very disappointed in the service, especially with my most recent visit on National Coffee Day. I was the only person in line, but it was after 7 pm. There were 5 or 6 people working. No one came out to take my order for a good minute. I pulled around to the drink pickup area even though the person who came right after me had someone literally skipping to take their order, by the menu boards. The person who took my order was not a greeter and appeared irritated. I ordered the pumpkin roll shake. They were out of ice cream base and she offered milk instead. I declined and asked about other pumpkin drinks. No recommendations but was obviously annoyed when I needed to look at options on my own phone, to ch

I’m not usually one to leave a bad review, but my orders have been messed up every single time I’ve come here. I order the same things and they taste completely different each time. We got two of the blended ocean breeze drinks, and they looked like completely different drinks. One of them had the liquid completely separated from the ice of the “slushy” part. One was sugar free, but I’ve gotten it sugar free before and it was a normal slushy consistency. Other times the flavor is either non-existent or completely wrong, or there is so much ice in the cup that you only get a few sips before it’s gone. It’s just disappointing because we come here to get a fun little treat, but always leave feeling like we have wasted money :(
