I usually have a great experience here. The service is wonderful and employees are very nice. Shoutout Henry (almost positive that's his name) we LOVE you!! However, today I had an undesirable experience. I waited 30 minutes which is fine and I understand the location is very busy. I usually expect to wait a while and I am fine with it since the product is usually good. However, the product was the issue. I ordered a medium 7 energy with strawberry and watermelon, asking specifically for light ice. However, I was more than disappointed to see that they had given me EXTRA ice. The drink was delicious, but was finished in 5 sips because of the amount of ice! If I'm paying 6-7ish dollars for a drink, I expect to get what I asked for. I don't expect a cup full of ice! Fast and friendly service, delicious drinks! I stopped by today around noon and the lines were very long which made me a bit nervous at first, but within 9 minutes of arriving, I had my drink and was pulling away! Highly recommend the Banana Bread Blondie with caramel drizzle, cold foam, and extra banana flavor. I was also delighted that I was able to get my drink for free as a birthday reward even though my birthday was yesterday. Thanks 7 brew!

I had a great first experience at 7 Brew today thanks to Mallory. She was incredibly friendly, energetic, and made the whole visit feel welcoming from the moment I pulled up. She was patient while taking my order and answered my questions about the menu. Even though it was busy she kept a positive attitude and worked quickly without making me feel rushed. Mallory’s customer service really stood out and made my day better. Employees like this are a big reason why I will be coming back to 7 Brew.

Sat in line for over an hour to not even end up getting a drink. The way the lines are organized makes it impossible to exit the line so you’re trapped up to a certain point when you’re in the right lane. Left lane didn’t seem to be experiencing as long of a wait, and I get that it’s very cold out today-but I shouldn’t have to physically and mentally prepare to wait over an hour for a drink.
