Amazing lunch buffet, fresh options and rich flavorful options as well. I personally had delicious chai, butter naan, rich chana, aloo, paneer and other options! The service is fantastic, water stated filled and my used plates discarded quickly. Very nice people and this place is 10/10 for food and experience.

Had an amazing experience at 5 t h Element! The Gutti Vankayi was absolutely awesome—perfectly cooked with rich flavors and authentic spices. They were also screening the T20 World Cup, and the energy in the place was incredible. Watching the match with such a lively crowd made the whole experience even better. Great food, great vibes, and a fantastic place to enjoy cricket with friends. Definitely love this place and will be coming back!

5th Element Authentic Indian Restaurant in Sanford is a South Indian food lover’s dream! From crisp, flavorful dosas to rich, aromatic curries, every dish bursts with authentic taste. You can tell it’s the real deal. I was the only non-Indian guest that night, which says everything. Warm hospitality, vibrant flavors, and an experience you’ll want to come back for again and again!

The food was fantastic! Good South Indian food is hard to find and their dosas, sambhar and peanut-coconut chutney were all amazing. Spicy chili-garlic naan and gobi Manchurian rounded out a delicious meal. Will definitely be coming back!
