5 Star Food Equipment

I just want to say thank you to Jennifer and Chris for always working with us in every company that I’ve been with. I call for service or repair and they’re usually there the same day or the next day. This last visit they came to fix one thing while he was there. We found a couple other items that he’s going to repair for me as well. Couldn’t ask for a better company. Thank you for everything you do.

We have a 60" natural gas range for my business. This company came out when my oven stopped working. There were 4 different trips they made to diagnose and make the repair. Not in one of those 4 visits did the repair tech check the regulator. We had the stove installed by someone else...but the regulator was never put on. So....I'm now replacing my 3rd thermalcuplar in a less that 7 months. Why? Because the guy never checked to see if the gas flow was too heavy. That would burn that part out fast. I contacted the warranty company and he checked the notes on the first 2 repairs...that confirmed it. When I called 5 star appliance....the woman who runs the show was rude...informed me that my stove was an "inferior product" and was just plain insulting. I bought a 60" motak natural gas range w

I gave them a list if equipment that I needed. Called them after two weeks and was told that he hadn't had time to get m a quote. 4 weeks later I guess he still hasn't had time to get a quote. Over 10 thousand dollars and they were to busy. To give a qoute Food Equipment Brokers go my business.
