5 Brothers Taqueria

This place was fully empty at 2:00pm on a Friday, no one came in the whole time we were eating. There was one server and she was insanely slow at her job, she didn’t ask if we wanted drinks and it took her 15 minutes to bring us warm Coke’s. I ordered a Burrito with lettuce, tomato, onion, rice, cheese, and beans. She came back 30 mins later with a warm burrito with rice and beans nothing else. No utensils nothing. We also ordered tacos which were just 5 flat tortillas for $15 and had no sauce on them at all. We waited so long to eat just for that disappointment and to serve us bottle waters for $2.50 instead of just a cup of water for Free is beyond me. Overall I would not recommend going here unless you want super slow service, the wrong food, and a high bill for absolutely nothing. 2/10

OMG... Authentic Mexican food in Chester NJ! We tried the restaurant when it opened in January, and have been regulars to it ever since. I'm writing this review after a couple of dozen takeout orders and a few in-person visits. The food it phenomenal... it's a 'from scratch kitchen' and it's FRESH. I love the nachos... chicken or beef, they come loaded to a point where you'll find ourself asking for extra chips to finish all the toppings. Another thing to have with those wonderful home made chips is the salsa verde... it's got fresh avocados in there for an amazing taste and mouth feel. The crispy tostadas with chicken tinga is always a crowd pleaser. The chipotle with adobo shines in this dish. The tacos with the freshly made tortillas are a sure thing... try the longaniza - their spicy

I had a great experience today along with my family. I ordered the tacos de carnitas which were great. My wife had the corn quesadillas and they were also pretty good. The fresh chips and their amazing homemade sauces were truly spectacular like many others have mentioned in their reviews. It is sad though that people would give a place a bad rating after receiving a dish they are not happy or satisfied with without asking or giving them an opportunity to fix it and rate their response. I was truly surprised to find a Mexican restaurant in the area with authentic flavors. Highly recommend this restaurant and will be coming back soon to try their tamales. They were out of tamales today unfortunately.

Good is always excellent and the tase is so fresh. Love the variety and vibe of music. Tacos and desserts are sooo good.

I was at the 5 brothers Taqueria today. This place is the real deal. This is not Taco Bell or Chipotle. This is authentic Mexican food. Family owned. EVERYTHING IS fresh and out of this world. If you are foodie this quaint little restaurant is a Must! 12/1/22 came back again! Delicious! Flavor town comes to Chester NJ. I am addicted to there fresh clean delious food!
