It was okay. I expected it to be a little more creamy, but it was more like flavored ice balls with just a whiff of creaminess. (The coffee droplets weren’t creamy at all.). We got the caramel coffee one and I didn’t really taste much caramel flavor. The loss of flavor makes sense. The colder something is, the more flavor it needs, and when it’s cold enough to make tiny spheres and stay that way, scientifically, it would be locking quite a bit of flavor away. I’d be willing to try the strawberries and crème flavor, since the ingredients seem a little more complex.
