Third Cup Coffee quickly became part of my morning (and afternoon) routine during our trip to Rosemary Beach. The cold brew is excellent—smooth, strong, and consistently good. Adam, the owner, is friendly and genuine, and it’s clear he takes pride in both the coffee and the experience. Adam’s cold brew uses a Colombian dark roast from Night Swim Coffee—delicious. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Ok ok it’s not my 3rd cup of coffee today, but my 2nd! A quaint little coffee store that is very clean, sharp, and upscale. Belongs right where it is on the corner in Rosemary. We have been needing another coffee shop! Customer service is great, and very quick! Coffee was very smooth with great flavor. Small space inside, but even better that you can wait outside at the outdoor window for your order. We will for sure be back as the coffee was delicious!
